We are Amanda and Gregers husband and wife team. We support people with their health goals. We specialise in weight loss with the 1:1 diet by the Cambridge weight plan. Gregers is an holistic therapist, Martial Arts instructor, nutritionalist, Performance Phycologist, Chef and Hypnotherapist.
Amanda makes a large number of personalised gifts to order. As well as a consultant for Partylite, which is quality non-toxic candles and non flame scents.
